Education In The North West : Momo Elite Celebrates Laureates

Some 40 pupils, students, principals and schools that excelled in 2021-2022 end of course examinations in Momo Division and the North West region have been celebrated for giving meaning to education in the face of security challenges that feature as constraints in efforts to achieve education as a fundamental right. The event in Bamenda on September 10, 2022 was an Academic Excellence Awards during which the overall best at the GCE Advanced Level took home laptop bags, gas plates and cash to prepare them towards Higher Education. Others received school bags, exercise books, mathematics sets and cash awards. Sixteen Regional and Divisional Delegates of Secondary and Basic Education, five Inspectors of Primary and Nursery Education, Schools, Principals and Head Teachers that presented candidates for  End of Course examination in Momo division  were equally celebrated with envelopes in  encouragement.
To thank for generosity with the awards that covered the entire region are Momo Elite, led by the Minister Delegate at the  Presidency in charge of Supreme State Audit ; Mbah Acha Rose Fomundam. She told stakeholders that the awards were inspired by the sacrifices and daring attitude of pupils, students, teachers and parents to move education forward in times like this.
