Food Security : WFP Ready To Boost Government Efforts

Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute on November 1, 2022 had discussions with Princess Sarah Zeid, Special Adviser to the World Food Programme (WFP) on Mother, Child Health and Nutrition.
Her Royal Highness Princess Sarah Zeid of Jordan and Special Adviser to the World Food Programme (WFP) on Mother, Child Health and Nutrition says the organisation has the technical expertise and is at the government’s fingertips to work on issues like water and land management. This, she further said, could be done together for the betterment and prosperity of Cameroon.
Princess Sarah Zeid spoke to the press on November 1, 2022 at the Star Building in Yaounde after discussions with Prime Minister, Head of Government, Joseph Dion Ngute. She is on a four-day visit to Cameroon to support WFP and government efforts on food security, nutrition, gender equality and empowerment. The WFP official said, she was overjoyed to discover that the Prime Minister is a champion of nutrition and a champion of women as well.
