Social Democratic Front : National Chairman Calls For Unity

The National Chairman of the Social Democratic Front (SDF) party, John Fru Ndi has urged unity and solidarity within the party. This was during the ordinary session of the National Executive Committee (NEC)  he chaired on December 10, 2022. It was at the party’s Regional Headquarters at Olezoa Yaounde. Fru Ndi also encouraged party members to work seriously, make salient points and contributions towards the growth of the party while avoiding unnecessary interruptions. The National Chairman thanked everyone, who, despite other social engagements, sacrificed to be at the meeting. 
The NEC meeting was dedicated to the examination of reports from various commissions in charge of the renewal of basic organs of the party, evaluation of the report of the November 18, 2022 meeting, examination of the report from the legal department on various litigations, the auditor’s report and a presentation of a report by the commission on Haouda Madeline’s case. The aforementioned person was appointed NEC member by the Chairman on June 16, 2022, an appointment which was contested by Hon. Emmanuel Yoyo. NEC is made up of 89 members and according to the petitioner, the Chairman had violated certain party text in the appointment process of NEC members and the shadow cabinet.
