User Guide : Labour Staff Receive Administrative Manuel

The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, Joseph LE, has officially handed over the Administrative Procedures Manual and the User’s Guide of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MINTSS) to Minister Gregoire Owona. This was during a solemn ceremony on Thursday January 5, 2023 at the end of the annual conference of heads of central and external services of the Ministry under the theme, “The Labour Inspectorate: Central to the Performance Strategy in the Labour and Social Security Sub-Sections.”  
According to Joseph LE, the document has been prepared with regard to the challenges of the reform of the administration and the major changes associated with it, the result of one of the priority projects selected by the Government in the "Reform administration” of the National Governance Program (PNG) and the fight against corruption in Cameroon. 
The administrative tool, according to the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, is meant to ensure the promotion of the rule of law, facilitate the transparency of the public service, and allow the demystification of the processing of files while strengthening the fight against corruption.
