SYNAFOC Player of the Month : Shalom Makoma, First Female Laureate

The National Syndicate of Cameroonian Professional Footballers known by its French acronym SYNAFOC has progressed from just rewarding players of the Men’s MTN Elite One Championship to encouraging players of the Women’s Guinness Super League. Having launched the award of the SYNAFOC Women’s player for the month of January 2023, Shalom Makoma of Authentic Ladies emerged the first laureate. She was designated recently from a list of six preselected players.
At 21, Shalom Makoma is leading the offensive compartment of the Douala-based club. Her reward is definitely merited looking at her performance in the month of January. The young forward from the North West region was able to score two goals and provide two assists in the first four playing days of the championship played in January. She was woman of Guinnessico of the fourth playing day and her ambitions are above the sky.
