North West : Gendarmes Pledge More Devotion To Peace

Gendarmes of the North West Gendarmerie Legion in Bamenda under the command of Colonel Boum Bissoue Raymond have promised to work ardently and with faithfulness and devotion to ensure the return of peace and normalcy to the security-crisis affected North West Region, peace in the entire country and for freedom and unity.
The strong commitment was stated on March 16, 2023 in the Command Post of the 5th Gendarmerie Region in Bamenda that brings together the North West and West Gendarmerie Legions. Gendarmes of the North West Gendarmerie Legion led by their Commander Colonel Boum Bissoue Raymond presented 2023 New Year wishes to the Commander of the 5th Gendarmerie Region Brigadier General Ousseini Djibo in the presence of a delegation from the West Gendarmerie Legion headed by its Commander.
The ceremony served as the opportunity for the Legion Commander to enumerate their series of successes thanks to the constant guidance and instructions from General Ousseini Djibo. After addressing best wishes to the General and his family, Colonel Boum Bissoue Raymond urged him to forward their best wishes to the President of the Republic, Head of State Paul Biya who is head of the armed forces and also to the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defence and the Secretary of State in charge of the National Gendarmerie.
