Cameroon National Prayer Press Breakfast : First Edition Launched

Activities to pray for the world and Cameroon in particular are taking a new turn. The first edition of the Cameroon National Prayer Press Breakfast (CNPB) event was launched yesterday, May 16, 2023 in Yaounde during a special “Press Breakfast”. As an extension of CNPB 13th edition organised last November under the theme: “National Unity, God’s Requirement for Salvation”, the 1st edition of the Cameroon National Prayer Press Breakfast took place on the theme: “God, a Compass for the Nation's Unity.” The theme seeks to address the peace and unity challenges faced in the country.
Speaking to the press, the President of the CNPB, Rev Dr. Jean Libom Li Likeng, said the objective of the CNPB’s Press Breakfast is to inform the public on current issues of major interest, which require the Association to take a stand. Hence, after the traditional annual National Prayer Breakfast in November, from now onward, there will be a Press Breakfast yearly. In line with the celebration of the National Day, on 20th May 2023, Dr Jean Libom Li Likeng used the opportunity to make the voice of the association heard, and to plead for unity and peace in the country.
