Promoting Good Governance : Supreme State Audit Presents Operational Procedures

Functional mechanisms and missions of the Supreme State Audit Office (CONSUPE) in ensuring that public funds are judiciously used in the development of infrastructure in the country have been presented to the public. This was during a conference presided at by the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of the Supreme State Audit Office, Mbah Acha Rose yesterday July 26, 2023 at the ongoing 12th edition of the Government Action Fair, best known by its French acronym SAGO. Holding under the theme, “Infrastructure development and structural transformation of Cameroon’s economy,” the conference of CONSUPE centred on promoting good governance as guarantee to attaining the said objective. 
Minister Mbah Acha Rose in her presentation said the conference was intended to practically inform the public on the manner in which the institution functions to ensure that development objectives are attained. She noted that in recent years, Cameroon has embarked on vast construction projects in several sectors as well as the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West, South West and Far North Regions. To attain this objective nationwide, several structures have been constructed and others rehabilitated.
