Defence Forces : 50 Children Receive Didactic Material

The material handed over yesterday in Douala, is to enable them to go to school like their peers.
It was an event to remember the brave men and women who have fallen on the battle field while defending the Nation. This was on the 5th of September 2023 when 50 children of some military officers who lost their lives were offered school needs to enable them to effectively go to school like their mates. The event at the Second Joint Military Region was a moment to comfort and put a smile on the faces of the children, widows and widowers of the deceased service men and women.
The event, presided at by the commander of the Joint Military Sector n°2 in Douala, Colonel Nsomo Mvomo Martin, saw the children going home with school supplies that will permit them to study during the 2023/2024 academic year.
