Chantal Biya Foundation : Egypt’s Ambassador Donates Medication

On behalf of the Great Egyptian Pharco Pharmaceutical Group, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Cameroon, Dalia F.F. Ghubrial, handed a consignment of medications to the Chantal Biya Foundation (CBF) in Yaounde on October 20, 2023. This was during a maiden visit of the Ambassador to the structure created by the First Lady of Cameroon in 1994 in order to raise national and international awareness on the fight against poverty, disease, misery and all types of exclusion in urban and rural areas. On hand to receive the donation was the Secretary General of the Foundation, Habissou Bidoung, accompanied by staff of the Foundation. 
Upon arrival at the Chantal Biya Foundation (CBF), the Egyptian Ambassador was received by Habissou Bidoung alongside the Representative of the Minister of External Relations, Agbor Ashu Ntariboh, Director of the Department of Africa Affairs at the ministry, the Director of the Yaounde Central Hospital, Professor Pierre Joseph Fouda and other senior staff of the Foundation. 
It was a special visit by Ambassador Dalia Ghubrial to the Foundation, because she did not come empty handed. She did not just come to see for herself a tip of Cameroon’s First Lady humanitarian activities, but also to encourage her in an exceptional way. Just like in Egypt, Dalia Ghubrial said they have a First Lady who plays a major role in the wellbeing of children, women and the family in general. Having the same role played by the First Lady of Cameroon is worth appreciating, the Ambassador of Egypt explained. Reason why it is easy for an Egyptian company to seek cooperation with the Chantal Biya Foundation.
