Mifi : New SDO Takes Command

Governor Awa Fonka presided over the installation ceremony at the Bafoussam grand stand on 5, February, 2024.
The newly appointed Senior Divisional Officer (SDO) for Mifi, Fofie Mbouedia Christophe, has been told to remain vigilant at all moment, be objective in decision making, especially matters that concern public interest. The Governor stressed, this will actually shift the socio-economic and political agenda for a better future. He was equally reminded to join all related forces and services to re-enforce the necessary peace and security in the Division.
Governor Awa Fonka Augustine made the call in Bafoussam, on 5, February, 2024, while presiding over the colourful installation ceremony of Fofie Mbouedia Christophe, as new SDO for Mifi. Addressing a large crowd during the occasion, the Governor thanked the outgoing SDO, Koulbout Aman David, for all development achievements in Mifi division during his stay, saying he is leaving Mifi in a desirable condition. He wished the outgoing a happy stay with his family during his retirement.
Turning to the new SDO Fofie Mbouedia Christophe, Governor Awa Fonka said to merit the confidence of the Head of State bestowed on him, he should galvanize the necessary forces around him to make sure the protection of people and their property, socio-economic development and public development projects all end on an optimistic note.
