Prime Minister’s Office : Female Staff Pledge To Improve Gains

Week-long activities marking the commemoration of the 39th edition of the International Women’s Day have been concluded with a common meal at the Prime Minister’s Office on March 8, 2024. The Coordinator of Women's Day activities at the Star Building, Aissa Fadadjo, who is the Special Adviser at the Prime Minister’s Office, together with the female staff pledged to improve all the gains made during this session specifically concerning the theme, “Invest in Women, Accelerate Progress.”  She encouraged the women to continue being productive in their various duty posts and keep being professional. 
The Deputy Secretary General at the Prime Minister’s Office, Pascal Nguihe Kante, reassured the female staff of the total support of their hierarchy. While congratulating the women for what they are already doing, the senior official said the Prime Minister’s Office will continue promoting female leadership and competence, as there is no discrimination to gender in the professional milieu. The women of the Prime Minister’s Office on their part noted that the lessons learned from the 2024 Women's Day activities shall be used to improve their self-belief as they look forward to the 2025 edition....
