2024 HND Exams : Outstanding Students Rewarded

The nationwide best students were recently congratulated by the Vice Chancellor of the Fomic Polytechnic.

Fomic Polytechnic University has rewarded some of its students with outstanding results in the Higher National Diploma. The students, who were the best in the country, were urged to be of good character and continue to fly the flag of the institution wherever they go. The call was made in Douala by the Vice Chancellor of Fomic Polytechnic University, Pr. Nol Alembong, while rewarding the students for a job well done.
Three students - Tanyu Noel Njeba, Nkunyrorr Josiane and Mbah Dorcas Atuh - contributed significantly to Fomic Polytechnic University achieving 100% in the 2024 HND results and also excelled in their disciplines. Tanyu Noel Njeba was the best student in the country in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS); Nkunyrorr Josiane was the best student in the country in Nutrition and Dietetics; and Mbah Dorcas Atuh was the third best student in the country in Nutrition and Dietetics. These results give the institution renewed hope and place its students at a high competitive level nationally and globally.
Against this backdrop, Pr. Nol Alembong, stressed the institution's commitment to providing students with a sound education that will make them globally competitive. He reiterated that the school's mission is student-centred, noting that "excellence is the watchword in everything we do, be it academic or professional". For aspiring students, Pr.
