SNH Vélo Club : Lone Glimmer Of Hope

Talk of cycling in the country, and the first name that many will be able to mention is SNH Vélo Club. It is the cycling team of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation. The exploits and strength of the club was further brought to light by the performance of its cyclists at the 2024 Tour of Côte d’Ivoire. One of the reasons attributed to the victory, was the acquisition of modern material including new bicycles capable of breaking the odds in any international terrain. Away from material, the investments in player wellbeing as well as their effective participation in international competitions both in and out of the country, cannot be undermined.
It is thanks to these constant investments that it will not be an exaggeration to say that the club is the best in country; standing the test of time for about two decades. The results speak for themselves. Away from the Tour of Côte d’Ivoire where each athlete that represented the country under the cover of SNH Vélo Club put up an honourable performance, there are several other laudable results in the confines of the club.
