National Hydrocarbons Cor poration: Sports Hall Inaugurated

The National Hydrocarbons Corporation now boost of a sports hall which was inaugurated on June 26, 2026 on behalf of the Executive General Manager of the institution by the Adviser No 2, Nathalie Moudiki. It was a double ceremony that also saw the launch of the car plant of the establishment geared at facilitating the acquisition of vehicles for work related reasons. In her statement, Nathalie Moudiki said the sports hall is a response of management to the preoccupations of the staff. To her, it falls within social measures that are in conformity with the vision of the institution in promoting the wellbeing of employees. According to the Adviser No 2, the objective of instituting a sports hall is reducing sickness and stress at the work place. The representative of the Executive General Manager said the project which is now operational is the brain child of an educational talk some months back. “This sports hall is an answer of the administration to the preoccupation of the staff,” she said. The fitness space that contains a fitness hall, massage rooms, dressing lockers, rest rooms and an additional space for fruits and other refreshing liquids, is well equipped modern equipment. It is opened for staff from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in the mornings and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in, the evenings. The Executive General Manager expressed the wish to see the entire staff make good use of the space which will help build resilience of staff.
