School is Us: “Administration Is Uniting All Forces”

“Being a teacher is neither by chance nor by luck, it ac­ tually comes from the heart. My passion for teaching was spurred by my primary school teacher who taught us passionately. His practical teaching style that included relatable examples made me love Mathematics and eventually teaching. When I obtained my Advanced level certificate, I immediately enrolled at a professional teachers training college to become a teacher like my class 7 instructor who was a yard stick for me. Having taught for 27 years, I would gladly continue imparting knowledge to young folks even after retirement. As a head teacher preparing to receive pupils at the start of the 2026-2027 academic year, there are roles and as­ signment we play at the level of the staffing; Knowing staff strength helps us assign teachers accordingly. This prevents confusion, ensures pupils’ intellectual needs are met, and enables learners interact with their tutors accordingly. Also, administration is uniting all forces to ensure hygienic conditions are conducive and gender friendly for our pupils. We have further ensured all administrative files are up-to-date. To further enhance accurate communication between parents and staff, a WhatsApp forum containing parents and guardians have been created to facilitate information dissemination.
