Legislative, Municipal Elections: CPDM Mezam Strategize To Stay At The Helm

W ith the municipal and le­ gislative elections dra­ wing closer, militants of the Cameroon People's Demo­ cratic Movement (CPDM) in Me­ zam Division have intensified their internal preparations to stay in control of the division. During a preparatory seminar on August 22, 2026, the party's strategy to stay on top was topical. The seminar brought together Section presidents, Members of Parlia­ ment, Mayors, party officials and other representatives across the division. The representative of the CPDM Head of the Central Committee Delegation for Mezam, Prof. Fru Angwafor III revealed that the seminar was coming to added to the knowledge already acquired a day before during the regional seminar. He urged party militants of Mezam to stay by the pres­ criptions unveiled to them. The meeting featured presentations on the imperative of a landslide victory and why it was necessary.
