“A s a follow-up to the prescriptions of the CPDM seminar organised on 22nd July 2026 at the Yaounde conference centre and chaired by the Secretary General of the CPDM Central Committee, His Excellency Jean Nkuete; Mindful of the careful, experienced and pro­ gressive manner in which you have conducted the affairs of our great party, the CPDM, since 1985, as the national president of the party; Aware of your tireless commitment and exem­ plary leadership demonstrated in the conduct of state affairs in your capacity as the president of the republic and national president of the ruling party; Conscious of the indomitable character of the CPDM and its great victories in stiff competi­ tions since its inception which, no doubt, are glaring results of your time-time tested ex­ perience; Cognizant of the discipline, decorum, diligence and commitment within the CPDM militants in the north west region which are, no doubt, a production of your force of experience in political leadership; Considering your most recent outstanding victory as the President of the Republic, fol­ lowing the presidential election of 12th October 2025 and the calm that proceeded the victory; Given the current practical efforts of the CPDM Government to ensure the progress of the numerous infrastructural projects in the North West Region, especially the ongoing transformation of the streets of Bamenda ; Deeply satisfied and elated by the international successes that Cameroon has continued to record, especially the historic victory of the indomitable lionesses at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco; As living witnesses to your humane and conti­ nuous effort to confront forces of wanton destruction and threats to peace in the North West Region and to provide a pe...
