Order No.000163/O/MINAT of 27 October 2026 to suspend a political party

The Minister of Territorial Administration, hereby orders as follows: Article 1: The political party called “Front pour le Salut National du Cameroun (FSNC) » has, from the date of signature of this order, been suspended nationwide for a period of three (03) months for the following acts committed before, during and after the presidential election of 12 October 2025: - call for insurrection; - threat to territorial integrity, national unity and sovereignty; - instigating violence that led to the destruction of State and private property; - severe disturbance of public order; - one of the statutory leaders residing abroad. Article 2: All the activities of the “Front pour le Salut National du Cameroun (FSNC)” are ban­ ned throughout the national territory during the suspension period.
