I am surprised and it is a challenge for me as the Director of the Local Materials Promotion Authority (MIPROMALO) in Yaounde to become rector of a university institution.” This is the first impression of the new Rector of the University of Ngaoundéré, Professor Uphie Chinje Florence epse Melo.
