The Minister of External Relations, Lejeune Mbella Mbella invited Japanese entrepreneurs to take advantage of the opportunities on March 26, 2022.
Cameroon’s Minister of External Relations, Lejeune Mbella Mbella has invited Japanese entrepreneurs to take advantage of the investment opportunities the country offers. He has also invited the Japanese government to support start ups and technology transfer in Cameroon as one of the ways of fighting against clandestine migration.
Minister Mbella Mbella spoke in Yaounde on March 26, 2022 during the inter-ministerial conference of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) 8 that took place during video conference. He appreciated the partnership and cooperation between Cameroon and Japan. He stated the need for institutional support that aims to make the Cameroon a place of opportunities, creation of jobs and enable youths and women emerge through entrepreneurship and digital economy. Cameroon under the auspices of President Paul Biya, Minister Mbella Mbella said, has put in place a battery of reforms within the framework of the National Development Strategy 2020-2030.
