H.E Nozomu Takaoka : Experienced Japanese Diplomat

Born on July 13, 1959, Nozomu Takaoka is the new Japanese Ambassador to Cameroon who studied at the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Tokyo, graduating in 1982, same year he was admitted into the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was the Consul General of Japan to Edinburg in the United Kingdom, before being designated Japanese Ambassador to Cameroon.
