Germany : PM Meets Cameroonian Community

Joseph Dion Ngute on October 9, 2024 granted separate audiences to the Honorary Consul, a Barrister-at-Law and Section President of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement.

On the sidelines of the Hamburg Sustainability Conference that held in Germany from October 7-9, 2024, with the Prime Minister Head of Government, Joseph Dion Ngute representing the President of the Republic, he granted audiences to some Cameroonian officials resident in the country. In effect, the Prime Minister received three delegations comprising the Honorary Consul of Cameroon in Hamburg, Prof. Stephen Liebing, a Barrister-at-Law, Serge Bakoa, lawyer for the company VERIDOS which is a technical partner of Elections Cameroon (ELECAM) and head of the German section of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) party, Alain Njock.
With the Honorary Consul, the Prime Minister listened to him present some pertinent issues on investment opportunities in Cameroon. “I say thank you to the Prime Minister for being with us in Hamburg. I think this is an important milestone in further improving our relations between Germany and Cameroon. We have discussed a number of specific investment opportunities and how we can work together to bringing more investors from the region here to come and create jobs in Cameroon,” Prof. Stephan Liebing explained.
