Municipal, Legislative Elections: CPDM Mezam Galvanizes For Victory

M ilitants of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Move­ ment (CPDM) of Mezam IA which is Bamenda 1 Subdivision have taken a bold step to maintain the party's success as they prepare for the forth coming legislative and municipal elections. A seminar to sensitize the section's leaders took place in the Bamenda I Council Hall on September 4, 2026 aimed at pre­ paring them towards future political competition. " As you know our hie­ rarchy starting from the national le­ vel gathered and asked us to galva­ nize and prepare ourselves towards eventualities that are coming up," said the Section President Dr Peter Taniform. Adding that the regional leadership held giving way to the divisional meetings which gave clear instructions and guidelines on why and how to move forward. “We have gathered as Mezam IA Section and transmitted the information to our militants " the section president stressed. The seminar gave an op­ portunity for them to take stock and remind the militants that the CPDM in Mezam I A is not a place to come and do adventure. Rather it is a place where integrity and results are being looked upon. They used the event to settle their differences and move forward for the general interest of the party.
