U-17 Lionesses : Part Of Delegation Arrives In Cameroon

Coming from Tanzania after the World cup qualifying game against the East African side, nine others were at press time still in the foreign country for reasons linked to Covid-19.

The main coach of the U-17 Lionesses, the team doctor, team coordinator and six players were at press time yesterday reportedly still in Tanzania for reasons related to Covid-19. The nine members were in Tanzania alongside other team mates to play the second leg of the last round World Cup qualifiers against the East African nation. But while others arrived Cameroon yesterday, nine others were at that time still in Tanzania. 
According to sources, issues of some members of the delegation testing positive to the virus had degenerated before the match. Six players had reportedly tested positive to the virus and thus, only 14 out of the 20 players taken to Tan...
